Da Prada Apartment

DEPENDANCE IDA DA PRADA

In the dependance Ida Da Prada, 100 meters from the main building:

2 double rooms + 2 triple rooms on the same floor with common area and “winter garden” veranda available.

The accommodations can be reached by stairs (first floor) and are particularly suitable for groups as, on the one hand they guarantee the privacy of 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms and on the other they have common areas available for exclusive use.

The common area has an equipped kitchenette and a dining area.

OUR CHALET

CHALET SIMONA

The Chalet is independent and is located 5 minutes by car from the village of Grosotto, in the hamlet of Roncale (900 meters a s l).
It is easily reached by an asphalted road, the last 50 meters are unpaved, and a parking place at 50 meters. In winter, chains are required on board.
In the hamlet of Roncale there are no shops and primary services for which it is necessary to go to Grosotto.
On the ground floor there is the equipped kitchen, on the upper floor the bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, accessible by an internal staircase and on the lower floor there is the bathroom and the infrared sauna for 2 people. Outside there is the barbeque, surrounding green area and table for outdoor dining and deck chairs

CHALET SOPIANE

Reachable only by own means. The chalet is 11 km from the village of Grosotto, is located in "Sopiane", to which it is connected by an asphalted road and the last stretch of 500 meters is unpaved. It does not present particular driving difficulties and ranges from 600 meters a s l up to 1200 meters a s l (only 20 minutes by car).
As for the heating there is a wood stove and a fireplace. For cooking there is a gas stove with oven. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking.
For hot water there is a wood boiler (turning it on once a day for an hour the water stays at temperature), there is no washing machine. Double bedroom and bedroom with bunk bed.
Bathroom with shower and bidet on the ground floor and bathroom with toilet and sink on the sleeping floor. Outside there are the barbecue and the wash house and the surrounding green area. Available in stock deck chairs, umbrella and table for outdoor dining.
